You are invited to step into a gentle space where nature leads the way. Wake up with gentle Ayurvedic rituals and soft morning yoga as the forest awakens. Enjoy a warm, nourishing breakfast followed by a workshop on Ayurveda, breath, Innerdance, movement, healing or intuition. After a wholesome lunch, the afternoon offers spacious time for rest, quiet walks, dips in the sea and personal reflection in the Natural reserve of Bjäre. Later, we gather for a calming yin or embodied movement session. The day ends after the warming and light dinner with a simple evening ritual — meditation, sharing or sound — before settling into silence and deep rest.

With a background in figure skating (20+ years) Mikaela found that bodily movement was key to a greater connection with self.
Through yoga, dancing, meditation, ceremonies, self-care and other somatic practices to regulate the nervous system, Mikaela creates safe and supportive spaces where we can soften, feel, and heal. Mikaela’s work is about guiding you to reconnect to your true self. Not to fix anything but to support you to come back to love and compassion. She shares the practices she found on her journey to help you live a life that is more authentic, happy and free.
