Midsummer yoga retreat

Set amidst the quiet beauty of the Swedish countryside, the Sweden Summer Solstice Yoga Retreat invites participants to celebrate the season of light and renewal. Inspired by the long golden days and endless twilight skies of the Nordic summer, this immersive retreat weaves together yoga, ritual, reflection, and nature in honor of the Summer Solstice.

Each day offers space for movement, meditation, and mindful stillness, balanced with time for rest, connection, and exploration of the land. Rooted in presence and community, this intimate gathering invites participants to realign with the rhythms of nature and reconnect with their own inner light.

Sarah Beston
Sarah holds her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Spirituality and Mind-Body Practice from Columbia University in New York.
​
She received her yoga teacher training certifications through Yoga Mittra in Manhattan Beach and Laughing Lotus in New York City. She has completed multiple advanced trainings in trauma-informed yoga, yoga for post traumatic stress, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Somatic Trauma Therapy, Ayurveda, reiki, spiritual healing, and Mindfulness Based Strengths-Practice (MBSP).

Sarah is an instructor at Columbia University’s Venture for All program and Columbia University, School of Professional Studies, where she teaches courses on spiritual entrepreneurship and venture creation.
